At LIONESS FASHION, we want you to feel confident and empowered in every piece you purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
